About the Pilot Production
Phase 2 Pictures is starting production on a new Digital Docu-Series entitled “Community and Magic” and we are looking for some crew (unpaid) to help film the pilot episodes.
The show is aimed to document the stories from the Magic: the Gathering community as many are starting to return to in person local gaming events and soon to be larger sponsored events by Wizards of the Coast. Along the way, we will chronicle the stories of casual players, outcasts and the high profile members of the community.
After successful completion we will be re-launching our Indigogo campaign to help fund the additional work to complete the first season and seek sponsorship to actively produce the ongoing series. This campaign will provide the support system to fund paid positions for the remaining episodes for Season 1 in addition to having a premier release on Amazon Prime.
We need help in the following areas:

You will not be required to bring your own equipment, however, for Assistant Camera, Camera Operator and Media Assistant, if you prefer to bring your own equipment that will be up to you. Please note during your inquiry if you wish to bring your own equipment.
COVID Protocols:
Masks will be required for this production. We will have a 3,200 square foot space to work in and when distanced 6 ft or more you will have opportunities to remove the mask. However, when in close proximity we will ask to wear a mask to maintain a safe environment. All cast and crew are required to be vaccinated and show proof to ensure we are providing a safe environment to the best of our ability to all participants.

Location COVID Protocols
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
